BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING EXPERT/SME - URGENT NEED

I am urgently seeking an Business Process Re-engineering Expert/SME for an international project.

Below are the specifications for the Business Process Re-engineering Expert role: 

The client is planning a major business process re-engineering project within their upstream operations.They urgently require a business process re-engineering SME to play a key role in providing advice and best practices in the SAP/ERP design template phase. 

1. EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN OIL AND GAS SECTOR - THE CLIENT IS SEEKING CANDIDATES WHO HAVE WORKED IN (BP, SHELL, EXXONMOBIL AND CHEVRON).
2. Strong knowledge in injecting best practices in Upstream operations/REVIEWING ERP TEMPLATE FOR UPSTREAM OPERATIONS
3. Strong experience in proposing BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION SOLUTIONS to ensure it is aligned with global leaders within the sector   
4. Would be ideal if the candidate has experience in BPR within an ERP and SAP realm, however this is not absolutely essential.  

CHINESE SPEAKING ABILITY IS NOT A MUST, BUT WOULD BE APPEALING TO HAVE. 

The position is in urgent need, so we would need candidates to start within 2-4 weeks period, if you can start sooner than that would add weight to your proposal.
