OFSTED MOCK INSPECTOR - CANVEY ISLAND
The role will consist of the candidate being able to come into our children's home and complete a full ofsted inspection to the highest standard to confirm readiness for the formal inspection. The home itself is made of young people with learning disabilities, 7 staff, 2 children possibly 3 at any given point. All are in education. Candidates must have strong experience in either successfully running a children's home and or a proven track record in carrying out regular inspections to an Outstanding level.
The idea candidate will have the below qualities.
- Proven history with achieving Outstanding in Ofsted inspections
- Run a successful children's home
- Experience in carrying out mock Ofsted inspections
- Working with young people as a carer
- Very strong background working in a Children's Home
Only candidates with the stated qualities will be considered for the position.
