Office Support Administrator

Our client, an Engineering company based in Tonbridge, Kent has an urgent requirement to start immediately (temp cover) for an Office Support Administrator to provide administration support across all divisions and office locations of company's business. The role is central to the smooth and efficient running of company's business and the provision of high quality services for our customers. Reports t Head of Marketing

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Data management
- Data entry - accurately input new companies and contacts into our database from a variety of sources. Including business cards, newsletters, magazines and directories, e-newsletters, emails and websites.
- Actively develop the marketing database, researching sources for new contacts and ensuring it is kept up-to-date to fulfil marketing and sales requirements
- Data cleansing - update existing records (job titles, email addresses, postal addresses etc.)
- Data processing as required - eg Collate market information from job application forms, Zoomerang surveys etc.
- Manage the day to day running of client database, dealing with staff queries, liaising with support company etc
- Carry out ongoing maintenance as required (removing duplicates, finding and adding missing addresses).

MARKETING SUPPORT:

- Update and maintain company's listings on external websites (course listings, company listings etc)
- Email campaigns - follow up on responses as required
- Ad hoc support for image library (record permission to use, archive old pics etc)
- SEO/Ad words administration. Check current listings against rankings. Update ad words accordingly
- Generate monthly management report - scorecard and metrics reports (SLX data only).

COURSES SUPPORT:

- Feedback processing (full training given)
- Carry out style guide checks on course content.

GENERAL OFFICE SUPPORT:

- Document formatting as required (eg CVs formatted in the correct style)
- Scanning, filing.

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:

- Ensure all data is entered accurately and in full
- Ensure data entry targets are met within agreed time-frames
- Develop good working relationships with internal teams
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company's Quality Assurance procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
ESSENTIAL:

- Fast, accurate data entry speeds
- Previous experience of data entry into a client database
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

DESIRABLE:

- Experience in using Sales Logix database.
