This reputable firm are currently seeking a office Receptionist to join their busy company in Melbourne CBD. Professional, Friendly and Outgoing Front Office Receptionist.
Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a customer service focused Front Office. Day to day your duties will include; answering the phones, meeting & greeting clients, managing & ordering stationery & organising couriers. In addition to the Reception duties you will be required to support a claims team with administration such as entering claims onto the database, processing payments & typing letters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for an entry level role in a fast paced, busy corporate environment. You must be corporately presented, have excellent communication skills & have proven work ability.
Other competencies which are required include excellent organisation and communication skills, 40 WPM minimum typing speed, MS Office (intermediate level), a friendly and professional manner, well presented, punctual and dependable, can work within achieve team.
