Office Move Project Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Organise and lead the entire office relocation as a Project Manager
-Design or re-design the relevant office policies in collaboration with Human Resource stakeholders
-Coordinate and manage the purchasing of furniture, office supplies, identify cost savings
-Set up the future facility management plans for the new office location in collaboration with existing office management team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven experience as Facility/Office Manager or Project Manager in an international environment
-Proven project management skills in office move/relocation projects
-Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
