Projektbeschreibung

An Office Manager is required by a large automotive client in the West Midlands. This role will work within the CIO Office and will include aspects or Contract Resource Management, Vendor Management, Financial Management and Functional Performance Reporting.

The CIO Office supports the entire IT organisation and therefore the role also required good Relationship Management skills as well as good commercial acumen when handling external vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Vendor, Supplier and Resource Management
* Manage contract hiring and release process including financial release paperwork
* Support the management of the Master Vendor Agreement including performance management
* Support Budget Planning
* Set IT policies in relation to the CIO
