We are looking for an experience Office Manager with solid experience with Excel, MS Project and Visio. Your role is to establish a project management support facility to the Transformation Leads from Finance and People, Associates & Development (PAD) and support the successful delivery of the Corporate Service Transformation Programme through effective high level administrative support, planning, monitoring and reporting.
KNOWLEDGE
- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS Project and Visio.
- Broad knowledge or programme and project management tools and techniques and change processes
- Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective and the role of an effective Office Manager
- A general understanding of business in either a commercial or an educational environment
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of providing PMO/administrative support experience support to a change activity within a fast paced business environment
- Proven track record of maintaining processes to better meet a business or departmental need
- Proven experience of providing an efficient and effective support service to key stakeholders in order to achieve successful project outcomes
SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to meet needs of a range of audiences
- Presentation skills and the ability to communicate to a group of people
- Strong interpersonal and team-working skills and the ability to persuade and influence
- Resilience and calmness with an ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders and the user community at all levels
- Problem solving and the ability to analyse issues
- Decision making and the ability to exercise judgement at the appropriate level
- Can do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
- Advanced user of MS Project and MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

- Ability to resolve problems and adapt to change.
- Maintain constructive links with other teams and work collaboratively to deliver targets.
- Receive feedback and learn from mistakes for continuous self-development.
