Office Admin in Costa Mesa, and later Bay Area in CA
Need is for someone who can answer the phones but in addition, have solid excel skills and order processing.
The job will consist of following processes to place orders for print supplier contracts in addition to be present to answer the phones during the day.
The phone system should route everything, but in case someone hits 0 or the support line for the company it needs to be answered.
The starting location will be in Costa Mesa but only till Sept/Oct as we are moving to Bay area in late September.
(The other thought is this full time position and a part time 9-3 receptionist.)
It is a benefit if the people have some technology background too to work with the Suryl side.
