OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Lancaster, PA.

- Adobe PDF files

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Office Administrator will be responsible for the phones and overseeing all of the administrative responsibilities that facilitates a smooth running office. This position will interface with all levels of personnel.
- Word processing of emails, memos, other correspondences
- Coordinate, scheduling and confirming business travels
- Generating reports
- Facilities Management
- Answer phones and directing to appropriate department
- Distribute incoming mail and faxes; Process outgoing and intercompany mail
- Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be strong in Microsoft Word
- Must be able to manage PDF files in Adobe
