OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/ASSISTANT - NIKU, DATA ENTRY, MS OFFICE

My Worldwide Financial client is seeking a dynamic and switched on Office Assistant with experience of Niku.

As Office Administrator/Assistant you will be assisting with all departmental resource management, specifically to provide on-going data entry and maintenance of Niku.

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE

- Support technical project managers by keying estimates into schedules against roles and tasks. Add roles and dates to tasks where directed.
- Conduct regular (weekly) meetings with team leaders to discuss the allocation view of staff and support the remediation activity where allocations are incorrect.
- Maintain the attendance calendar within the Niku project management tool. This involves taking updates from team leaders of staff absences and marking them in the electronic calendar.
- Assign named individuals to projects in the Niku project management tool as directed by team leaders.
- Maintain the ITB Development Service organisation structure charts ensuring the information is valid and synchronised with Niku.
- Facilitate resource meetings by setting up room bookings and capturing meeting minutes.

Ideally you will have some basic Niku experience as full training will be given, as well as general MS Office usage.

6 month contract role paying a rate of £80-£100/day (Ltd/Umbrella Company).
