I am looking to hire an Office Administrator for my government sector client.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

- Minute and action taking at meetings
- Follow up of actions to ensure response/clearance
- Support for Stakeholder groups including organising meetings, minutes and actions
- Organise workshops or other meetings Maintain Forward Look of activities, Annual Leave charts, Whereabouts charts etc.
- Ordering stationary for the programme
- Coordinating papers for meetings Printing/distribution of papers for meetings
- Maintenance of Microsoft Outlook Distribution Lists
- Being a single point of contact for the programme printers, dealing with engineers, paper jams etc.
- Preparation of refreshments for board meetings Meeting room bookings

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience of completing an programme support role in a high paced team;
- Good organisational skills;
- Ability to multi task and act on own initiative;
- Experience of working with managers at all grades, often Senior;
- Experience in Microsoft Packages, Excel, Outlook, Word.
