OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

DUBLIN (IRELAND) - PART TIME (9AM - 1PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

START DATE: ASAP

My Client, a global Network Security company, is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Dublin. As the Office Administrator you will offer blended support to the functions across the Dublin office and assist with the day to day running of the site. You will also help maintain Office facilities and provide Ad-hoc Facilities support with General Office Duties.

AS THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- To support and provide Admin assistance with AP filing for invoices and Expenses where required
- Maintain storage facilities in an orderly fashion and arrange offsite archiving on a regular basis
- Act as single point of contact for all courier facilities and reconcile receipts
- General housekeeping for office to include: MFD printer is running correctly, and stock is available - report any faults to Supplier, Monthly stationery ordering ensures each team has their required stationery order
- Report and escalate Facilities issues to Facilities Manager based in the UK
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they have all necessary items for meetings
- Weekly housekeeping of the office
- Report and escalate Safety issues to EHSS, where required help liaise with onsite Management team on issues that need addressing
- Monthly collection of toner collection company Archive & general storage management (arrange boxes to and from archive company)
- Attending tenants' meetings as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:

- Competent & self-sufficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Good communication and strong people/customer relationship skills
- Develops solutions to problems and challenges
- Team player comfortable working with a diversified role within the Shared Services umbrella
- Ability to multi task, prioritize work, meet deadlines with attention to details.
