My client is a health care company based in St Leonards who are urgently seeking an experienced OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for a 3 month maternity cover.

You will provide outstanding FRONT OF OFFICE RECEPTION duties and provide efficient office coordination duties to a high standard.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide outstanding first point of contact service to all visitors, customers, employees both local and interstate
- Provide a high level of customer support through professional, knowledgeable and courteous service at all times.
- Attend to all incoming telephone calls and visitor enquiries in a highly professional and proficient manner.
- Screen visitors and exercise discretion.
- Provide day to day office coordination through paperwork and sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and arrange servicing of office machinery including photocopiers.
- Manage the stationary supplies and orders
- Manage on site meetings and conference room bookings, ensuring the rooms are left clean, tidy and meeting ready.
- Manage company travel bookings in line with company process and external travel provider. Ensuring appropriate approvals are sought and assigned and coded to correct cost centre.
- Coordinate and update the company wide organisational charts

You will have PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR POSITION and possess STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS both written and verbal.
