An experienced Office Administrator is urgently required to join this major banking organisation, the successful candidate will be providing administrative support to a busy Service Centre based in Kegworth.

Duties includes;

* Responsible for the smooth running of the administrative service ensuring high standards at all times.
* Assist in production of financial information for the management team
* Coding supplier invoices, entering invoices into system, following up invoices
* Liaising with suppliers
* Keeping records and activity of budget v actual
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Order office supplies, to ensure that stock levels are maintained using the appropriate ordering systems. Overseeing stationery and other office orders
* Taking minutes and implementing action points. Present accurate documents from notes taken by yourself or others eg at management team meetings/off site meetings.
* Using manual and/or electronic information systems (including database systems where provided) store, retrieve and archive information following agreed procedures ensuring the provision of information in the agreed format and within agreed timescales
* Build positive working relationships with internal and external customers to identify and deliver services to meet their needs.
* Monitor the maintenance of the building to ensure that health and safety requirements are met, and work with the Management Team to address issues
* Produce and cascade any reports required for the Service Centre
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
* Word processing
