This is a role providing full administrative and secretarial support for a team manager and his team of analysts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the list of calls for the department
- Managing the communication and update of progress with the customers
- Scheduling the workload to coincide with deliveries and installations
- Manage spare parts stock
- Order processing using SAP
- Maintain and update company equipment and parts inventory
- Manage the Teams calendar working with the team manager for holiday and project planning
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to write clear communications (Email, documentation, Work instruction)
- Understand Order processing, stock control and asset security
- High personal standards in regards to customer service and work, keeps lists, compulsively goes back to unfinished tasks, and won't let others get away with lower standards. T
- his individual will also have a sense of humour and capacity to deal with high levels of demand which can on occasion be stressful.
This is a short term contract opportunity to cover the team for a period of approx. 1 month.
A very quick start is required so your availability should be 1-2 days maximum.
