WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Provide level 3 availability management by ensuring end to end optimal performance, capacity and availability of the Office 365 IT landscape.
Office 365 performance troubleshooting; and optimization of Microsoft Cloud platform
Utilize enterprise and open source tools to monitor critical business applications and infrastructure components in order to perform detailed performance analysis, proactive tuning and alerting for end to end business critical workflows.
Partner with the performance testing and capacity teams to provide performance and forecast reports on the health and load of critical business processes to help ensure applications are highly scalable and the IT landscape has adequate capacity.
Create and maintain technical support playbooks and SOPs.
Develop and manage internal relationships with leadership teams, business managers, Global IT and business teams as well as external relationships with IT vendors and industry peers.
Work collaboratively across Matrix organization to implement business IT solutions.
Follow global IT processes for incident, change, and problem management as well as keeping CMDBs and knowledge base evergreen.
Participate in incident and problem resolution.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Engineering)

3+ years experience managing a large enterprise conferencing environment (more than 10,000 users)
Good understanding of ITSM practices and processes
Broad-based technology knowledge, with a curiosity that leads to continuous learning, and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, concepts, and technologies
Microsoft Certified SharePoint and Office 365 Professional
7 years of SharePoint experience including 2007, 2010, 2013 and SharePoint online
4 Years of Experience in Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure and Office 365)
Delivering Office 365 proof of concept project to clients
Delivering Office 365 migrations for small, medium and enterprise clients including across the globe
Ability to see things with a global mindset
Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, oral communication and problem solving skills
Demonstrated success in contributing to a continuous process improvement environment
Demonstrated ability to assess, adopt and operationalize new technologies
Demonstrated willingness and ability to work in a fast-moving dynamic team-oriented environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and drive tactical response issues.
Manage ambiguous situations, strong critical thinking and ability to be decisive while working cooperatively
Must be a self starter, collaborate across team boundaries, drive issues to conclusion and hold others accountable for results
Must have strong influencing skills
Windows Server administration experience
Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
Experience with enterprise and open source monitoring and performance tools
