ROLE:
Office 365 Server and Directory Technician
This position will enable the implementation of Office 365 technologies by contributing to key dependency projects and collaborating with existing internal staff in order to allow the continuation of normal operations of the existing infrastructure and services while preparing and making the transition.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
End User Solutions consists of the end-user environment including Workstations, Mobile Devices, Windows Servers, Management Tools and Virtualization Platforms.
The position is responsible for delivering Office 365 solutions through the execution of strategic projects.
These projects and activities are:
Manage and maintain ADFS Design
- Ensure the addition of new ADFS Trusts can be carried out in compliance with the existing design, or make required modifications to establish the new trust.
- Implement the new ADFS Design in order to support Office 365 capacity and feature requirements
Establish an Active Directory Standard
- Conduct and analyse the risk assessment in the area of Active Directory and formulate the Standard and Controls to ensure the risks are properly treated.
Manage and maintain the existing Server builds
- Perform updates to the build to ensure security compliance and provide functional changes where required
- Test and deploy the new Server build and the various role variants required for the Office 365 pre-requisites
- Assess and update the relevant standards and control documents for the existing Server builds and related hardware and software solutions.

LANGUAGE(S):
Must speak fluent English and French is a plus.
