The Role

Our client requires an exceptional Office 365 Project/Change Manager to deliver a business case to key business stakeholders as to what options are available to the client with Office365, including the challenges the business would need to overcome and the costs and benefits that each option presents. The successful candidate will be delivering against a major change strategy that is designed to improve mobility, customer orientation & better decision making.

The main delivery duties will be:

Integrated solutions across processes to improve customer experience, better decisions through data insight & reporting an dashboards

Reducing capital expenditure by subscribing to applications

Access to the right tools and files from anywhere across devices Improving

Business insights on the go by placing digital first

Acquiring and maintain high quality data to ensure we are marketing to the right people

Identifying, tracking and focusing on the best investment, marketing opportunities

The Candidate

In addition to 5+ years demonstrable, proven recent experience as an Office 365 Project Manager/Change Manager, you will possess extensive exposure to Office 365 and will have undertaken numerous business case' proposals for FTSE 100 companies where you have ultimately implemented, rolled-out and project managed Office 365 successfully. Ideally you will have undertaken 3-5 implementations. You must have familiarity of working on full life cycle implementations and be an excellent communicator with client facing experience.
