Office 365 Messaging Specialist is being sought for global retail organisation. For the migration to Office 365, we are looking for a Messaging specialist. We are looking for a candidate that has handled large mail migrations in a large, multinational, organization before, and knows which issues to expect and how to solve them.

He or she will be responsible for: 2nd line support of the users in the migration of mail to Office 365, Follow up with 3rd line. Create Knowledge articles. Proactively report trends and issues

Profile: Knowledge of and experience with Outlook 2010/2012/2013. Knowledge of and experience with Office 365. Knowledge of and experience with Mail migrations. Knowledge of and experience with MDM. Knowledge of and experience with Mobile mail (Blackberry/Ios/Android/Windows). Excellent communications skills in English (speaking/writing)
