Projektbeschreibung

The individual in this contract position will drive projects as well as execute some of the related tasks required for the OEM CRM application that supports OEM Sales teams, Partners, Marketing, and Management. The PM should have a technical background with an understanding of database elements as it relates to CRM applications that support the business (Sales, Marketing, Partners, Campaign Management, and Incentives). The PM will gather business requirements, prioritize the requirements, and identify requirements that are similar in nature. Additionally the PM will provide users support to troubleshoot problems with the application, including documenting resolution and developing an issue backlog to manage resolution with IT. The individual will work with multiple stakeholders, be diligent with gathering requirements and managing project deliverables. The PM will facilitate UAT, go/no-go, and implementation, user training, and communication. This individual will work with the program owner to develop the project schedule, establish and maintain project deliverables and requirements, and track/report project performance and schedule, draft and send status to stakeholders. The PM will also plan and facilitate team meetings and ensure the team is actively engaged in team discussions. From time to time, the PM may also participate in tracking issues and risk resolution and conducting trade-offs discussions with stakeholders.

The work that this PM will support involves developing and implementing a framework and approach for improving the perception and experience of the CRM tool for the OEM field sales and partner community. The project goals will focus on creating tools and processes that will help create a single point of sales information, while giving management insight into the overall pipeline.

Customer Engagement tasks include collecting, analysing, reporting and communicating user needs and requirements to the community and project team. From this feedback, the team will define new projects and translate requirements into the development road map. Goal: Opening communication with users and improving the positive perception of tools is the primary goal.

Solution Management tasks include business ownership of the product roadmap, working with IT development and support teams to deliver incremental improvement of the existing tools based on user analysis, feedback and requirements. Goal: Focus on continuous improvement and increasing effectiveness is the focus of solution management.

Business Execution tasks measure and communicate progress and success to OEM stakeholders including project management, defining strategy and vision, project planning, and setting budget. Other tasks include defining communication plans, working with stakeholders, and reporting progress. Goal: Define a clear strategy, plan and budget to secure executive support and show measured progress throughout the project.

JR. TO MID-LEVEL PM WITH 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This contract position is expected to be 12 months+ in duration.
