OCS/BSS PRODUCT TESTER

We require a OCS/BSS Product Tester to join an expanding a presales & TSD team to focus on telecom application and software field including online charging system (OCS), convergent billing, next generation intelligent network (NGIN), SMS, MMS, IP Call Center (IPCC), Streaming, SDP (Service Delivery Platform), Ring Back Tone, etc. This team is responsible for exploring and developing the market for telecom application software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are to support BSS engineering delivery business to Partners or Customer on Application & Software products, which include Intelligent Network, Online Charging Systems (OCS), DCCA Protocol, Messaging Services, Mediation and other Software Products.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and minimum 4+ years of experience.
- Expertise in VF DCCA DIAMETER PROTOCOL for MVNO.
- In detail knowledge of VF Core Call flows for all Voice Call, SMS, MMS, Data and MPAY scenarios.
- Knowledge of Prepaid/Telecoms technologies 2G/3G network architecture and troubleshooting, Preferably Huawei Online Charging System (OCS), Intelligent Networks and VAS technologies.
- Very good understanding of Oracle Database and its administration.
- Have extensive hands on experience on mobile IN network integration, testing and debugging eg tcpdumps.
- Deep understanding of different telecom protocols like Diameter, SS7 (TCAP, CAP, MAP), SIGTRAN, SIP,Diameter
- Extensive knowledge of IT elements eg (XML, webservices, CDR analysis etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Suse Linux and basic understanding of Unix Shell Scripting.
- Experience in with operational environment.
- Experience working within BSS product testing environment.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Able to work under pressure.
