IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Perform stakeholder analysis and formulate stakeholder management plan
-Prepare communication material for various communication channels
-Assist in the implementation of OCM activities including events and trainings
-Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
-Identify additional OCM activities that ensure the success of projects
-Develop and manage online and social media channels including content creation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Relevant experience in multinational company
-Pharmaceutical industry know-how
-Good knowledge in workshop facilitation
-Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully in projects
-Experience in change projects, certification in change methodologies such as Prosci preferred
-Project management experience is a plus
-Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
-Excellent English language skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite (gSites and G+ forums)
