OCM Coordinator IT Process Rollout (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
-Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities
-Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of global channels
-Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
-Identify additional OCM activities ensuring success of the project
-Assess change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies
-Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
-Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully in projects
-Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills
-Ability to work independently
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
