Occupational Therapist - Nottingham

Service Care Health are pleased to offer the position of an Occupational Therapist working within an adult services department in the Nottinghamshire area.

The principle duties of the OT role will involve assessing the disabled client, and their carers', ability to function in all areas of daily life and identify the difficulties encountered. To formulate plans to resolve these difficulties by arranging the provision of equipment and adaptions to meet these needs. Responsibilities will also include assessing clients for their eligibility of services such as "Fair access to care"; as a result, knowledge of relevant legislation will be required.

You must have a degree, or equivalent qualification in occupational therapy, be HCPC registered and have a full driving license with access to a car for work purposes. You should have substantive post graduate experience in occupational therapy along with experience of working in a social services department.
