Occupational Therapist (Community Rehab) - Oxfordshire

Service Care Health have an urgent requirement for an experienced Community Occupational Therapist for a rehabilitation role in South Oxfordshire.

Service Care Health have an urgent vacancy for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for work within a rehabilitation service based in the community. You must hold an Occupational Therapy degree, or equivalent qualification, and be registered with the HCPC. The role requires that you have experience of working in a similar setting.

As an OT within the rehabilitation service, you will be working alongside other services with the responsibility in aiding service users to recover and to maintain independence and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. Principal responsibilities will include;
*The assessment and treatment of clients with complex needs
*To undertake highly specialist OT assessments using evidence-based outcome measures, in a variety of settings i.e. clients home, clinic, community centre, of clients referred to the rehabilitation team
*To develop specialised programmes of care
