Occupational Therapist (Community Hospital) - Oxfordshire

Service Care Health currently have a vacancy for an occupational therapist within a community hospital in South Oxfordshire.

An Occupational Therapist with a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy, supported by extensive post qualification experience within a rehabilitation setting, you must have previously managed your own caseload of elderly patients within a community, or hospital setting.

Principal duties of the role will include;
*Discharge planning
*Elderly rehabilitation
*Care plans and caseload management

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be working alongside a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and other Healthcare professionals, as part of the team covering a 20 bed ward of mainly elderly patients.
