The Successful Candidate Will be Based in an Early Supported Discharge Stroke Service For Patients
This is a Band 6 role starting ASAP
Requirements:
-Recognised Occupational Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent
-Must have valid HCPC
-Experience of working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist
-Must have experience of stroke rehabilitation and associated clinical skills
-Must be car owner/driver
-Community experience an advantage
