Occupational Therapist A&E

Our clients based in Walsall are currently seeking an experienced band 6 occupational therapist to work in their Emergency Department and assessment unit, plus the acute medical wards. The candidate must be able to work autonomously to triage referrals, prioritise and assess patients with a view to supported discharge wherever possible to relieve capacity. Candidates must be able to assess and manage all conditions within an acute care, medicine & long term conditions wards.

To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified Occupational Therapist with proven experience working in an acute setting . Post graduate experience and HCPC registration is essential.
