The locum is required to provide assessments for equipment and adaptations to properties and working with Disabled Facilities Grants processes.
We are looking for applicants who have previous local authority experience and who have worked with DFGs. You will need to be registered with the HCPC and be a car driver. Satisfactory references and a current DBS will be required on application.
