• Experience as an OT in reablement / intermediate care services.
• They must be able to work shifts between 8-4 and 2-10 as well as alternate weekends.
• Experience of assessing clients/setting goals and treatment plans as well as reviewing needs and recommendation for on-going services.
• Access to a car.
• Clear CRB.
