Occupational Health Registered Nurse Job

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Vergennes, VT.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Occupational Health RN
- This will be a part time 20 hour per week job
- Provide Clinical Nursing Care, Emergency Care and 1st AID to employees and follow up as needed
- Wellness Program Administration
- Manage open Workers Comp and STD cases

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Best qualified candidate will be able to triage and treat work place injuries and illnesses, providing 1st aid and emergency care and keep track of OSHA recordable incidents
- Also, be able to assist healthcare team by providing support and collaborating with all members of the team
- Completing Drug and hearing screens, Respirator FIT Tests and patient evaluations

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in MA
- Best qualified candidate will have two to three (2-3) years of experience dealing with fast paced work environment, accurately checking in and entering patient information in an urgent care, emergency care or occupational health setting
- Furthermore, that candidate will understand the aspects of managing the medical surveillance of employees

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing highly preferred
- Audiometric Certification
- Drug Test Certification
- COHN or COHN-S
- CPR Certified
