Occupational Health Registered Nurse Job

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN) needed for a FULL TIME Second Shift 3:15pm-11:45pm LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client that is located in Fort Worth, Texas.

THE BIG PICTURE:

- FOR THE NIGHT SHIFT (3:15PM TO 11:45PM), independently provide comprehensive occupational health services in a manufacturing environment including; triage/treatment of injury and illness, case management of work-related and personal illness/injury cases, return to work and transitional programs, first aid, immunizations, referrals to the employee assistance program, surveillance exams, and wellness promotion

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Treat minor first aid needs and wellness promotion for staff employees
- Attend Safety/OSHA meetings
- Administer the return to work program for employees out on workers comp
- Wellness
- Determine work relatedness for injuries reported at work
- Maintain a record of all visits to Health Services and file each employee with information on all activity (On-site or off-site) associated with the employee's occupational or non-occupational injury or illness

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At least two (2) years of hands on Occupational Health experience and strong clinical skills required
- Prior Workers comp and Disability case management experience preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Play an active role in EHS, including; training and ownership of the Medical Framework
- Occupational Nursing experience in a Manufacturing environment
