Occupational Health Nurse Job

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE needed for a part time contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Draper, UT.

- Occupational Health expertise
- Experience with Ergonomics

What You'll Be Doing:

- Provide nursing services and emergency first aid treatment to employees who become ill or injured
- Coordinate Occupational Health programs such as workers compensation, bloodborne pathogens, hearing conservation and medical surveillance
- Coordination of activities related to Occupational Health such as medical insurance visits, clinic/hospital relationships and training
- Maintain the OSHA Log and associated records
- Provide ergonomic assessments

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Current Utah RN License
- Current BLS certification
- Must have Occupational Health experience, preferably from an industrial setting, experience in a chemical handling environment, and in assessment of cumulative trauma
- Experience in ergonomic assessments and education
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- COHN or COHN-S preferred
