Occupational Health Nurse

Location: Northamptonshire plus overnight stays at other site in Devon.
Daily Rate: £200 - £250 per day

Role:
- To provide a proactive and consistently high quality of Occupational Health within a multi-hazard site.
- To provide remote and on-site support for the Paignton site.

Skills required:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be entered on the Specialist and Community Public Health Nursing part of the Nursing & Midwifery Council Register as either ROH or OH: Occupational Health Nurse (preferably Level 1) .
- Must be qualified to Diploma or Degree level in an Occupational Health related discipline

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Competency in PC skills is an essential requirement to successfully undertake this role, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook). Use of databases for creation of, maintenance and retention of records, and ability in use of the Internet is also required.
- Use or knowledge of Agile or similar Document Control systems would be desirable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and confidence to work with all levels of staff will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years Occupational Health experience in a chemical related industry will be an advantage
