WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Best qualified candidate will be able to follow Company policies and protocols in an effort to minimize workers out on injuries, evaluating the individual as well as communicating with employee, Insurance company, Physicians and management.
- Also, be able to assist with reviewing all relevant and pertinent medical information, developing plans to return to work as soon as medical clearance is granted.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Best qualified candidate will have two to three (2-3) years of experience in an Occupational Case Management role or Insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Furthermore, that candidate will understand the aspects of the Case Management process and be able to work in a fast paced environment and communicate efficiently with various parties involved.
- Ability to travel to ensure patient understanding in clear and concise, as well as walk in to appointments.
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- RN licensure current and unrestricted
- CCM preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and EMR systems
- CPR Certified
