OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CASE MANAGEMENT LPN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in New York, NY.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Workers compensation case management
- Disability Management
- Management of Work Related Injury/Illness Claims

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- LPN- Licensed with State of NY
- Best qualified candidate will have experience dealing with the treatment and triage of injuries and illnesses in an occupational health setting
- Experience with case management or workers compensation through an insurance company; or utilization review or discharge planning experience through a hospital setting
- Overall communication expert and be able to work in a cross functional team to recognize any threats to the employee populations well being

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- CPR Certified
- Experience with DOT Examination Compliance, Controlled Substance Testing Programs, Disability Management, and Management of Work Related injury/illness claims, ADA Processes, FMLA, Crisis Management, Health Education/Wellness Programs, and Medical Provider Management.
