Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor - minimum 6 month rolling contract to start ASAP ongoing

Location: Liverpool

The Role:

•Prevention of health problems, promotion of healthy living and working conditions
•Understanding the effects of work on health and health at work
•Provision of first aid and health screening
•Workforce and workplace monitoring, health need assessment
•Education and training
•Couselling and support regarding health hazards and ill health prevention
•Risk Assessment and risk management

The Candidate:

•Registered Nurse
•Occupational Health Diploma/ Degree
The following experience would be useful

•Working in an accident and emergency setting and practice nursing
•First Aid Certificate/ Experience/ Defib trained
•Knowledge of Health and Saftey Legislation including performing Risk Assessments
•Development Writing of Policies/Procedures
•Knowledge/Experience of health screening
•Experience of Stress Management
•Computer Literate
