Occupational Therapy Director - Salt Lake City, Utah
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 7 - 10 years minimum Occupational Therapy experience. Possess a minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership role at the director level. Skilled nursing, acute, inpatient or outpatient setting is desired. Active Utah State Occupational Therapy license.

Bachelors or Masters Degree (highly preferred) in Occupational Therapy required
Must possess U.S. experience; recent specialty experience within 1 year.
Active American Heart Association BLS card
Weekly salary will be discussed by Recruiter.
