The staff Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for delivering quality care and providing excellent customer service. The staff Occupational Therapy Assistant, within the scope of their license, must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to age groups according to chronological age, developmental age, and/or psycho-social maturity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Successful completion of a two year college program for Occupational Therapy Assistants that leads to an Associate Degree, accredited by A.O.T.A. Certified (C.O.T.A.) by N.B.C.O.T.
Required Length and Type of Experience:
Prior work experience not required.
Required Licensure, Certification or Registry:
Current licensure by the Ohio OT/PT/ATC Board. CPR certified (Health Care Provider).
