Obiee Developer

* Minimum 5 years OBIEE experience
* Significant experience and clear demonstration of OBIA 11g (OBIEE 11g, Informatica and DAC) development using multiple sources of data.
* Experience of Data Warehouse and ETL best practice design principles
* Experience with Dashboard development
* Significant experience and clear demonstration of SQL Server skills - ability to write/develop scripts in SQL including stored procedures.
* Must have a thorough understanding of relational database design principles for operational databases.
* Ability to think creatively to solve business problems, proposing multiple viable solutions and present accurate justification and implementation time estimates.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with business and team members.
* Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical team members.
* Pro-active approach to clarifying requirements.
* Ability to highlight potential issues and delays early in the process.
* Great attention to detail and ability to review deliverables with adherence to company standards and procedures for quality assurance process.
* Ability to produce logical and clear documentation to facilitate handover to BAU.
