ABOUT THE ROLE

My client is a leader in national security space and they have a dynamic, growing, and energetic organization offering challenging work at the forefront of technology. Due to high volume of high level projects they are looking for a NV1 Business Analyst for 6-12 month contract with extension.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Solid business analysis skills

Strong ITSM experience

Solid experience in Service management, ITIL or service now

Providing assurance and support function to projects and programmes

Strong conceptual modelling skills to translate business view of the solution to bring business, technology and delivery groups together

Preparing high level and detailed business requirements documentation

Solid experience in requirement gathering techniques

Must have NV1 or above
