NURSING RECRUITER

PROJECT:

Responsible for full cycle management of resumes/candidates in Taleo and determining which of the 21 NCAL hospital locations candidate is suited for. Will be handling all levels of currently licensed RNs including (but not limited to) Assistant Nurse Managers, Directors, Care Managers, Utilization Managers. This person will serve as the point of contact for this NCAL Project

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SOURCES, ATTRACTS AND SCREENS NEW EMPLOYEES FOR NONEXEMPT AND EXEMPT POSITIONS.

MAINTAINS AND SEEKS VALUABLE SOURCING CONTACTS IN THE INDUSTRY.

CONDUCTS REFERENCE CHECKS.

MAY COORDINATE EXAMINATIONS, TRAVEL, AND REPORTING DATES.

Experience Level: 6-10 Years. Skill Set: Full life cycle recruitment experience. Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.

REQUIRMENTS:

MUST HAVE: VMS, MPS AND FULL CYCLE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE, AND PRIOR NURSE RECRUITER EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 6-10 YEARS.

SKILL SET: FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MEETING WITH INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CLIENTS

HIGHLY ORGANIZED

ABILITY TO DELIVER STRONG METHOD IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER

Ability to evaluate and sythesize information accurately
MUST BE COMPLETELY PROFICIENT IN TALEO AND HAVE UTILIZED THE SYSTEM IN THE PAST YEAR.
