Nursery Manager - Needed ASAP

Capita education are currently looking for a confident nursery manager who can provide a proven track record of managing a Nursery.

This busy Nursery has recently been graded 'good' in Ofsted inspection and is initially looking to cover a maternity with hope of the chosen Manager to then be taken on permanently.

The Childcare Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Setting.

To develop our ethos and ensure that the Nursery is a warm, welcoming, high quality, inclusive, exciting, challenging, stimulating and friendly environment that is appropriate for individual children and enables them to all reach their full potential.

To be a key member of the management team, contributing to overall business development, including the Statutory Safeguarding & Welfare Requirements, Quality of Care delivered, Operational, Staff and Management issues, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Cleaning of the Nursery, Office and administrative duties, maintaining records associated with children and their families, personnel and an inventory of equipment, Quality Assurance, Carrying out and recording mini-inspections, Ofsted Preparation, Budgets, Grants and collection and recording of Fees.
