Nurse Reviewer Job

NURSE REVIEWER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Reno, NV.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Previous Managed Care experience
- Strong working knowledge of Medicaid

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Review and apply policies to make appropriate authorization decisions in support of Medicaid pre-authorization process
- Research, evaluate, and design components of complex solutions to problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling unique and difficult situation/projects under minimal direction in a timely and quality manner
- Able to resolve and recommend action on issues

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current Nevada RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Insurance, or related field
- Eight (8) plus years of relevant work experience in prior authorizations, case management, or utilization review
- Strong working knowledge of Medicaid regulations
