NURSE PRACTITIONER/CORPORATE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE needed for a ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT JOB opportunity with Yoh's client located in Whippany, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The primary job function is the maintenance of optimum health, the prevention of work related illness and injury, and the management of acute or chronic health problems and the promotion of health and wellness.
- Work with Corporate Medical director, sites, Corporate HSEQ, HR, Security, and Legal to implementation/development of Corporate Medical policies, programs, compliance and initiatives
- Develop reports for sites and corporate on occupational health metrics, trends, compliance, wellness initiatives

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Licensed to practice in as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Certification in Occupational Health (AOHN),
- Minimum 7-10 years occupational health experience; with management and administration experience, corporate occupational, health and wellness experience needed.
- Certified in: Basic and Advanced Life Support (BLS & ACLS)
- Certified in Audiometry, Spirometry, and Drug testing procedures.
- Knowledgeable of: Worker's Compensation Laws, OSHA, HIPPA, GINA, ADA Standards, State Disability Laws, and the State Nurse Practice Act
- Strong Computer Skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, experience with electronic medical records, Medgate IT system experience preferred.
