Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Job

NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT (20 hrs per week) opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cambridge, MA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform on-site physical, testing and assessments for work related injury and illness and treatment, pre-placement, return to work, fitness for duty and medical surveillance exams
- Review and approve medical surveillance exams
- Provide diagnosis and treatment
- Tour the manufacturing areas with sufficient frequency to understand the EH&S services required
- Perform travel health evaluations
- Participate in wellness screenings/counseling
- Discuss medical cases/clinical problems
- Interface with corporate medical personnel
- Participate in Company meetings

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have current license as a registered nurse practitioner in the state of Massachusetts.
- Must have current ACLS/BLS certification
- PA-C License required. Unrestricted Massachusetts Physician Assistant license.
- Certified by NCCPA. Current DEA license.
- Three plus (3+) years of PA experience preferred.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in occupational medicine at an on-site program preferred.
