Nurse Practitioner Job

NURSE PRACTITIONER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Jose, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Occupational Health Experience.
- Medical Evaluations and Examinations Experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide medical evaluations to patients presenting to clinic setting.
- Conduct DMV physicals, drug testing, hearing conservation, respirator clearance, and more.
- Chart all patient transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Record progress notes which will be reviewed and countersigned by the supervising physician.
- Communicate and work with medical staff to ensure coordinated efforts for the provision of high quality medical treatment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current California Nursing License.
- Previous experience in Occupational or General Practice preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficient.
- Must be experienced in the following: hearing conservation, respirator clearance, drug testing, DMV physicals and post-offer evaluations
