THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Hospital-Based Case Management experience
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assess patient need for admission and appropriate level of care
- Perform utilization review
- Assess patient needs for additional resources throughout the continuum of care
- Obtain authorization for needed services
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Current California RN license
- Current CPR certification
- At least one (1) year of utilization review experience in a hospital setting
- Experience in an acute care setting within the last year, with at least two (2) years total experience
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSN is preferred
