NT-HLR Expert - Algeria

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 5+ years of HLR (Home Location Register) experience.
- Experience on NT-HLR troubleshooting.
- SIGTRAN signalling protocol experience.
- Unix & Linux Systems (operations, administration, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of MAP protocol & GSM in general.
- Experience with trouble ticket tools and process
- Fault identification/correction/reporting skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic/French is a +
- Ready to support EMCY on a 24/7 basis
- Handle technical requests, provides understanding of customer's network configuration, co-ordinates resolution delivery
- System tracing and protocol flow analysis, expert in utilizing troubleshooting tools
- Perform complex technical activities such a SW upgrades/updates.
- Lead & plan technical/customer system acceptance testing and feature testing.
- Responsible for meeting contracted response times.
- Responsible as technical customer contact
- On request perform: Installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities and Network expansion activities.
