NSN Procurement Professional

NSN Myanmar is looking for Procurement/Sourcing Coordinator position to be based in Myanmar (Yangon). Experience 5-6 years as Procurement Professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with NSN Services Solutions Manager and Product Manager in Myanmar.
- Supplier/market scouting and screening.
- Circulate RfIs/RfQs and consolidate/analyze results.
- Supplier/subcontractor assessments together with Product Manager in Myanmar (incl. capability and capacity).
- Supplier selection, negotiations and contracting.
- Lead discussions with subcontractors together with NSN Product Manager to understand market scenario.
- Identify risks.
- Prepare gap analysis for the subcontractors as to what is required to enable them to be ready for the roll out.
- Coordinate trainings for the subcons which the services team will have to take lead on.
- Ensuring that activities meet all relevant regulations and legal requirements inclusive SOX.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5-6 years procurement experience is a MUST have
- Telecom background is a MUST have
- Advanced in cost analysis & management
- Intermediate in Project Management
- Advanced in Supplier base management
- Advanced in Supplier Quality Management
- Ability to operate in a multinational and complex environment and interact/network with various stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality
- Fluent in English
